Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.
What if the product received is in damaged condition?If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of orders.
If you wish to place an return or exchange request. kindly do so on and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to place the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 14 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
If the product is missing or found damaged at the time of delivery then in exceptional case, company will provide same product in same size against the missing or damaged product.
Important Conditions for Return/Exchange requests
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. jewellery must be packed in the original jewellery box)
- Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
- In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well
My Orders:
Can I change or cancel my order?Order cancellation or change in order can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us mentioning your Order ID.
What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

REFUND
How will I receive my refund?Refund's will be processed and credited in your account within 15-20 working days from the date of courier being received in our warehouse.
Note: - Any Shipping/COD charges incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
In case of refund, if the total order value, after return comes out to be below Rs.2000, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value.
RETURNS

Following products shall not be eligible for return:
- Perfumes
- Masks
- Accessories
- Bags
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
- Products sold during sale cannot be returned unless it is a defective product.
- Any item that have been worn or washed.
We may ask you to share images of the item/packaging to facilitate the return process.
